Day 2 of Skinny Girl Diet

Okay so like I said, today's limit is 300 calories. Well, I fucked it. Quite literally.
It was mine and Danny's 5 months yesterday and since we couldn't do anything yesterday, I cooked. Spag bol, low calorie, with sausages chopped into it. I didn't over do it, but it still whacked out my total. Then I had an ice cream with him. But the food led to sexy times (Sorry for the TMI) so that probably burned quite a bit, but sadly MFP doesn't have an option for that. So, going off my total from MFP:

Intake for day 2:
684/300

Net for day 2:
290/300

Since the rules say extra calories must be exercised off, I think I did okay. Tomorrows total is 400, so wish me luck with that!

Good luck on your own diets too! <3

  1. I just wanted to say you rock. You have provided tons of advice and support to the people who desperately need it.

I have a few tips for you just in case you have not heard them, with Ana they helped me to lose over 60 pounds!

Take a multivitamin, lots of them can provide all of the nutrients your body needs to keep things like you hair shiny and your nails strong without adding calories to your diet! They also can help to curb cravings, some of the cravings you have for a specific foods can mean a lack of vitamins that those foods would provide! It can help you from experiencing the bad things that less food can do to you, like hunger pains, heart problems, and hair falling out. It also keeps your metabolism healthy!

I try to get celery and eat it several times a day because it stimulates your metabolism and has low calories!

Last but not least don't be afraid of eating something you are seriously craving! One of the reasons people binge is because they don't allow themselves anything they want. If you are dying for a piece of chocolate but, as we all know you don't want the 300 Calories, open the wrapper smell the candy and take one small bite. This can stimulate your brain to think you gave it what it wanted and the cravings will stop. Make sure you toss the rest of it though so you don't see it and want the rest later.

Last but not least, remember out of sight out of mind! When you go out to shop don't go by the isles that have all the fatty foods. Don't walk by the bakery. Avoiding those things will stop you from impulse buying and impulse eating later! Also when you go out with people Don't go near the bad parts of the menu! Restaurants post giant pictures of the worst things for you. Stick to something small and healthy!

I hope this helps you out some! They worked for me!

I wish you the best of luck with your journey, you have helped me stay strong when my boy friend has held out junk food and tried to make me eat. I love your blog. YOU ARE AWESOME!

    1. Miss Sinister I must say those are some brilliant tips! :) Do you have a blog or a website? I would love to link it if you do <3

I do eat celery almost every day (Except fast days) but I don't count it in my calories because I only eat one maybe two small stalks.

Thank you for your support! <3

  2. I do have a blog but I have it set to private because I didn't like the hate mail I was getting. I had one girl who went totally insane and started telling my friends and family I was on drugs because I was to skinny. Huge drama.

So now I use it as a place to vent and log my progress. I don't really post to many tips anymore.

I do have a gmail account if you ever want to chat or need help with anything, raverboss@gmail.com. I also have a My Fitness Pal again! My username is ultimatesynn so add me if you like!

I love keeping in touch with people who think like me and understand that to be beautiful you must have control!

Much love and good luck to you!

    Keep up the awesome work!
