If you feel you are ready to recover, then go for it! However I would suggest you make sure you are fully ready, as a failed attempt at recovery can put you off ever trying again, but please girls, if you are strong enough, do it!

Or visit your doctor. You can go without a parent to your GP, or see the school nurse.

Also, take it slowly. Increase your daily intake by 100 cals every 3-4 days, so that you don't end up putting your body into shock from the sudden jump. Also, eating properly after months or years of starving will probably if not definitely make you ill.
