Today's food plan!

Hello!
Nice to see you again!
Right, so to start with, I have PE today in the gym, which means I'll be running a lot on the cross trainers and treadmills. I usually burn in excess of 400 calories in the 45 minute session!

So my food today will be:

breakfast (8.30) - 2 nutrigrain biscuits
               (9.30) - glass of water
Snack   (10.30) - 2 nutrigrain biscuits
Lunch    (12.30) - 1 pack of squares
                          - glass of water
Snack     (3.30)  - banana
Dinner     (5.30)  - tomato soup
