I weighed in again today, back up to 136... thats 3lb gained in less than 2 days...
Oh well, gym tomorrow! I'll start a 2 day fast and work off 1500 kcals in the gym tomorrow and saturday - that is my goal!
If anyone fancies having a go at a 2 day fast with me, just comment and i'll arrange away for us to communicate!! :)
