Okay so I did pretty well up until after school on just carrot and celery, when I got home, in the space of 45 minutes I had eaten half a pack of pork and egg roll, a biscuit wafer, 6 marshmallows and a chicken chow mein. I felt pretty crap when I went out.
I just did my calorie count and my net calories is below 500! yeah my intake is over 1000, but hey, that's what binges are, right? Anyway I feel better now that I know I haven't majorly screwed myself over.
